River of Life Mercy Ministry Survey	Mercy Ministry is an outreach program designed to help those in need both within the church body and in the surrounding community. Please fill out the survey to let us know the projects that you are a part of or where you would like River of Life to be involved. We need your input so we can help where the need is the most.
